Bee Stellar started with a simple idea: we would keep our own beehives, and share the honey they make with the people around us. Our hives are located in Brookshire, Texas, and we are proud to bring honey from our local hives to our neighbors in the Katy area.
There is something special about honey you can trace all the way back to the yard it came from. We know our bees, we know our hives, and we know the fields and flowers they visit through the season.
Our honey is raw, pure, and unfiltered, with the rich amber color and naturally occurring crystallization that make every bottle a little bit different — and a little bit special.

We keep a small number of hives close to home, which means we can visit them often and pay attention to what each colony needs. Healthy bees make better honey — that is not a slogan, it is just how it works.
Texas seasons shape everything. Spring blooms bring the first bright harvests, summer keeps the bees busy, and the cooler months bring honey with deeper color and flavor. We work with the season instead of against it.
Gentle hands, honest honey.
When the honey is ready, we harvest it gently and take only what the bees can spare. We keep it raw and unfiltered — no heating, no blending, no shortcuts — so the bottle tastes the way the flowers intended.
Because it is small-batch, some jars will crystallize sooner than others. That is a sign of real raw honey, and a warm water bath brings the flow right back.
